This three day practical sports course incorporates hands-on skill development with the analysis of what contributes to a great game and becoming a sports hero. Over the three days students cover all workshops listed below.

PRACTICAL WORKSHOPS
The course includes a hands-on approach to perfecting your skills in sports such as rugby and soccer with a series of practical workshops, exercises and games.
SPORTS ANALYSIS
Have you ever watched your favourite sports star and asked, “how did they do that”? Use video analysis to understand how the best players perform. Dissect their game and your own skills in order to improve your technique.
SPORTS INVENTIONS
Now is your chance to put your knowledge of sports to a new use as you make up your own new sport or game with unique rules and techniques. When your design is complete you can try it out in the class and analyse its success. See how original you can be, it could be a game worth patenting!
THE BIG MATCH
Come prepared for an action-packed final day where you will experience a fast paced series of games with a final big match as a finale to the course. Test your stamina and endurance as you rise to the challenge of this day.
