Thank you for your enrolment onto a Bubble Dome Course. A confirmation letter needs to be brought to the workshop for registration on the day. An email confirmation will be sent to the addres provided however we recommend you print this for your records. It provides all necessary information for attendance. Should you require any further assistance or information please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have not received a personalised confirmation email from our offices within 5 working day please notify us immediately as per our details below.

Please visit our Parent Wiki site http://bubbledomeparents.wikispaces.com/ which provides more information including classroom rules and parent notices. We recommend you revise these, together with your child/ren, in preparation for the course. Closer to the start date will also load timetables, venue maps and feedback forms along with any helpful tips.
The First Day of your Course
SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME: Your course will run for three consecutive days. Please make your way to Registration for sign in on the first day. Directional signs pointing you to the registration area and classrooms will be from the Main Office. Registration is between 8.30 and 9am, classes start at 9am. Please note, most venues have limited parking spaces but parking is available in surrounding streets.
AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMME: Your course will run for eight consecutive weeks. Your class will run from the computer room, please ask at the Main Office for directions if you are not familiar with the school. Classes start at 3.30pm. A reminder that activities will be available for children who do to the school (or a nearby school) from 3pm for an additional $40 per term. There will be a chance for students to have their afternoon tea (please provide) and extra computer activities will be provided before the class begins. If you wish to add this to your registration pleace include the additional $40 when paying your registration fee and advise our office.
A Note to Parents
- Please provide your own morning, lunch, afternoon teas and a drink for your child/ren. SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES: Your child/ren are welcome to bring along activities for the breaks (i.e. board games, cards, a ball) however, this is at their own risk. Valuables, such as technology, should not be brought to the venue. We also recommend sunscreen in the summer months.
- SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES: It is vital that you sign your child/ren in and out at the beginning and the end of each day. Rolls will be held in the registration area.
- Please meet your child/ren at the end of each day in the registration area or outside the classroom.
- Please have your child/ren bring a USB memory stick so they can save work to take home. It is also useful to bring a long a pencil case and notebook to take necessary notes when learning new software..
- If at the end of the first day your child/ren feels they have not achieved a great deal please bear in mind that our programmes are quite complex. We usually find that with the support of experienced tutors this remedies itself by the second day. If you have any issues at all please do not hesitate to discuss a solution with the course tutor.
- ALL BUBBLE DOME VENUES ARE NUT FREE!
Please note we have resources available to help your child if he/she is struggling or alternatively needing extension during a class. Please tell your child to speak to the teacher if at any stage their needs are not being met. Our classes are well managed with larger classes having two supervisors available in order to maintain a good ratio of support available for your child.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is made up to 7 days before the start date then a full refund (less a $40 admin fee) will be made. If it is within 7 days of the start date then no refund will be made. No refund will be made for any missed course days.
