Flightless birds

The Zinger Pinger is a bit like a bird but it does not fly. Maybe it did fly once but not now. There could be all sorts of reasons to explain why that is so.

Do some research to find reasons why some birds do not fly. Look for information about flightless birds like the ostrich, the emu and the kiwi. Find out what they have in common and possible reasons why they do not fly.
