Help for the Spot Turtles

The clever Bubble Cats have made something new that sticks to Queen Tumbledot’s Spot Turtles. The new thing is tiny and spotty. It is hard to see.

But what does this thing do? Maybe it helps the Spot Turtles stick to one another. Maybe it sounds an alarm when anyone, like Lord Unk, tries to steal a Spot Turtle. Maybe only the Bubble Cats can hear that alarm.
